兩菜



雞蛋+雞肉+番茄+蒜頭
在準備煮的時候, 某洋人看見這碗時問我甚麼來的
覺得哇... 好感人... 他們不知道, 哈哈...

白菜, 不懂叫甚麼菜, 英文叫 chinese leaf, 華人葉? 哈哈
想加魚丸的, 但超市找不到, 英國沒有這東西?

都是很清淡的, 算吧, 只加鹽和蒜頭, 味道也不重,
但接下來一兩天都要吃這兩樣菜
因為我一次過煮完所有數量
很大一份!!

只要丟進微波爐就可以了
也懶惰變花樣, 反正還有很多時間
連續一兩天吃一樣的我也沒什麼

我這次忘記不能煮太熟,
想說還要放進微波爐的,
如果太熟等下在微波爐又要再烘,
估計甚麼營養都沒有了吧?

  2. 今天炖香菇鸡翅膀,本来想放可乐,后认为半瓶可乐倒进去,太浪费了,一瓶可乐要1,2€,算了 ha ha ha

  4. for a guy who hardly cook like you, this meal is considered good enough.. soon or maybe few months later, u will find out how to cook malaysian food, cos u will just miss them too much. 白菜 = chinese cabbage , or wombok. not sure if this is how british call it though.
